I have a 1997 Honda Civic EX with 150,000 miles Manual transmission. when i got up this morning i started the car like always no problem but as i started driving for a mile the car begins to stall, but never shuts off. I would raise the rpm without having it in gear then it would drive for a little while then do the same can you tell me what the problem might be. Thanl you

I think its time to do a tune-up..

Replace spark plugs, (NGK`s are good I do not recommend bosh Spark plugs)
distributor cap and rotor, wires, fuel filter and air filter,
also clean the EGR (if stuck open makes the engine to run rough)

We are going to start from here..

(the tune-up its not that expensive and your engine should run a lot better)
