I have a 1999 Honda Civic Sedan, Automatic with 130,000 miles 4 cylinder. Car shut off on me at night as I was driving just down the street from my house 25 mph...lights and all shut off so I turned key off...then turned key back on and the car started right up...so I turned around and drove car back to house just down the street. What caused that and will it happen again? I don't want to get stranded somewhere? I do know a few years ago there was a recall on this car on the ignition switch and the Honda Dealer replaced it free of charge. Any ideas?
