Hey I have a 1996 Honda Civic hatchback. 150,000 miles manual transmission. 1.5 engine. The car starts up fine and drives perfect. When I am driving on the freeway and have reached speeds up to maybe 65 and I go into neutral to slow down the car sometimes stalls. When I am driving local this doesnt happen often. My car does not have a RPM gauge but it seems to idle just fine. My friend had the same car model and said it might be the throttle body? My old car had a problem with idle and my friend fixed it by making something tighter, but he says thats not this cars problem. Please help thanks!

When you friend mentions the throttle body he is basically referencing several sensors that could be causing the problem. MAF Mass Air Flow is a possible thing to look at. Any Check Engine Light come on?
