I Have a 2000 Honda Civic, 910000 miles. Recently when i have been hitting the brakes i would hear a clicking noise. The mechanic said that it could be the bearings, so i got them changed, but the noise is still there. Any ideas what it could be?

Is this usually when you are turning and stopping? How about a clicking noise when you are simply turning a corner? Check left and right. I, with out further information, would suspect the CV axles.

could be as simple as the pads being loose in the holders,Another thing is try tightening the axel nuts, and checking the stabilizer links.
