1998 Honda Civic power steering belt replacement

I am trying to replace the power steering belt so my car can pass inspection but Im not sure where it is located.

Open the hood, look to the driver side. Its the top belt right at the top. You'll see a large pulley with a belt that goes down.

To remove this belt, you loosen both top and bottom 12mm bolts that hold the pump to the bracket. Get a pry bar and pry the pump towards the engine (at the bottom bracket you will see where the pump slides) remove the belt and install in reverse procedure. Make sure the new belt is good and tight, depending on the belt, it may stretch a little after a few km's of driving.
