"A/C belt removal"

1992 honda civic dx.102000 mi.--There is an a/c belt that is giving me problems to removing due to a bracket just above the belt in which I think is part of the power steering pump. Iam having a heck of a time removing it. Is there a trick to this operation.
Your help would be greatlly appreciated in this matter.

There should be 2 - 12mm bolts holding on the tensioner for the a/c belt. If you loosen the 14mm lock nut for the tensioner, you can move the wheel up and down to make access to the bolts easier
