I HAVE A 1995 HONDA CIVIC EVERY TIME I START IT UP DURING THE MORNING ALOT OF SMOKE COMES OUT OF THE TAILPIPE, AS IT WARMS UP THE WHITE SMOKE DIES DOWN. TROUGH OUT THE DAY IF IT IS PARKED SAY 5 OR MORE HOURS IT DOES THE SAME THING. THE TEMP. AROUND MY AREA RUNS IN THE HIGH 90'S SO I DONT THINK IT GETS TO COLD TO CREATE NORMAL VAPORIZATION. ANY IDEAS WHAT COULD BE WRONG?

Probably a small head gasket leak. Have the cooling system chemical tested to see. The test isnt 100% but it may tell you. Sure sounds like it

For an experienced tech those are fairly easy. You can go here

https://www.2carpros.com/kpages/auto_repair_manuals.htm

click on "engine" , " mechanical", then "remove and replace" to get step by step instructions. I do suggest having the head pressure tested and surfaced while it is off.
