1995 Honda Civic 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 125+ miles

ive been working on this 95 civic for a few days and cant get the thing to start. The distributor was bad, replaced it, now it gets spark. Which it wasnt before. Gets plenty of fuel, injectors spray pretty good. I can feel it sucking in air when I put my hand over the intake. I just cant figure out why its not starting. If its the ecu, how do I test?

Ensure the firing order is correct when you re-install the distributor. You may even want to go as far as to setting the crank pulley to TDC then pulling the distributor cap off to ensure it's pointing to no.1 cylinder. Also, check your mechanical timing marks.
