1994 Honda Civic Inrument Panel

When I turn on my lights at night my intrument panel does not light up, check the fuses everything is find, so I think it may be the bulb. If so how do I take off the instrument panel to replace it or could it be something else is wrong?

Remove the two philips screws for the cluster bezel. Remove the bezel, now you can access the 4 screws that hold the cluster in. Remove the cluster and test for power and ground.
