my 92 honda civic hatchback is overheating alot and fast! I put in a new radiator casue the other ones was busted and also got a new thermostat! And it still gets hot fast what might it be? And also why wont the fan turn on?

That's why it's overheating, cause the fan won't turn on.

Check to see if it's a relay issue, the fan switch or fan motor.

A quick test would be to jump the fan switch connector on the thermostat housing to see if the fan turns on. If it does, that means the switch is bad.
