I need to have an engine installed on my 1989 HONDA CIVIC as well as the FRONT CV JOINTS. How much should I expect to pay for this?

Axles is about 3 to 400 $$
as for the engine an easy $400 to $550 in labor plus parts
a used engine if found $500 to $800
is the car worse putting that kind of money in it?
