What could be causing this?

1994, honda accord ex, 200+ in miles, v6engine

Hello, I am having a very odd problem with my car. For some reason my break lights stay on even after my cars engine is turned off. Do you know what could be the cause of the problem and how can I get it fixed? This problem is causing me to have to get my car jumped off (its killing my battery). Please help
