Honda Accord Stalling

1997 automatic Honda Accord 200,000 miles. In month the car has occassionally been stalling at any speed or when at stop light. Has been happening more frequently. Will always crank right back up. Today it will start, cut off before changing gears and will not start back. Radio and headlights will still work when it cuts out, but dash board lights, windsheild wipers, and turn signals will not work. What might be the problem?

Sounds to me like an ignition switch. There are simple tests for the switch in a maintenace repair manual but until it gets worse, which is probably hard to believe, it might check out ok. But based on the info you have provided, that is what I would suspect.
