Fuel pump

My 1994 accord lx with 204,000miles on it wont start I dont hear the fuel pump any more so I guess it is this how do I fix

First check for voltage at fuel pump connector if there is voltage replace the pump. To replace drop the tank and disconnect old one and pull out. If there is no voltage trace back from connector checking wires up to the relay and switch, check for voltage before switch if there is voltage before but not after, replace the switch.
