Disable ABS light

Hello, I have a 94 Honda Accord, 200+ thousands miles which runs and looks great. Have had the car about 9 years with an abs malfunction from the beginning, repair centers want an exorbitant amount of money to fix. Did not fix it. Moved to Washington DC and the warning light causes me to fail inspection, not the brakes! How can I disable, remove the light or fuse? Any assistance is appreciated.

My excursion is the same way and to take care of your issue, you must pull the dash apart and get to the back of the instrument cluster. All of the lights are accessible from there.
