Third brake light in spoiler

2009 Honda Accord 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 27000 miles
Purchased a factory style spoiler from E-Bay. There are two (2) wires (black and red) for the third LED in the spoiler but no directions as to where to connect them. Can I hook them up into the current thrid brake light under the rear deck?

Hi adamkopchyak,
Yes you can but if the brake failure indicators lights up, then you need to disconnect the existing 3rd brake light from circuit and check the bulbs wattage for the spoiler lights.
