Roots,
I would start by having your engine mounts inspected by a good Honda mechanic. Bad mounts can be the cause of this concern. Please let me know how you do.

i had my rear engine mount replaced last year. The vibration was much worse, now you can only feel it when the heat is on but very little. When I put it in neutral no vibration either. Today was nice out in Toronto so I had my heat off. No vibration. Very nice!
Could it be something to do with the heat Mechanism?

Roots,

There are 2 more mounts. A front mount and right side (passenger side) mount. You feel the vibration more with the heat (blower) on due to more load on the engine. If debris gets into the blower itself it will make a vibration type noise with the blower on, but should not cause a vibration from the engine.
