2000 Honda Accord car starts up but RPM dies out and car tu

Car starts up but rpm dies out and car turns off. Engine light is on and spark plugs 1, 4, 6 misfired. Some times it starts up fine sometimes it just dies out. Its a 2000 V6 honda accord please help

Check ignition coil output. A common problem is weak spark going to the cylinders.

If ignition tests above 30KV, then check injector pulse, compression and some vital sensor parameters.
