I have a 1999 Honda Accord that I just put a JDM Transmission in and when I go like 40 MPH or higher the speedometer is reading like 10 MPH faster then what I am doing. I went through a school zone and it seemed ok at 30 MPH or less.(Speed reading sign). Any ideas?\

Possible Wrong differential
hook it up to a scanner and drive it as you compare the scanner speed to cluster reading what you have?

Also try and use old sensors from the old tranny
