I'm not really sure, I only hear it when I am driving and pressing the gas pedal.

Without understanding where the noise is coming from and how the noise sounds like, unless you are able to describe the problem in more details, it is not possible to advise on any possible faults. You would have to get professional advise with a physical test drive of vehicle.
