1993 Honda Accord Brake lights, shift release not working.

My shift release stopped working and soon after realized my brake lights aren't working either. Figuring they were related I replaced the brake switch thinking it would solve both problems but it did not fix it. Now I have no idea how to diagnose this issue.

When brake lights fail it will also cause shift to fail. Check fuse #25 (20 amp) as well as wiring to the switch.

Oh my goodness, thank you a thousand times over. I thought I was going to end up tracing every wire, and it was just a stupid fuse. Let's hope O'Riley will let me return the switch.
