1990 Honda Accord 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

a friend of mine has a radiator fan that runs even while the car is off.

any ideas as to what might be the problem?

Should run a little bit after it is off but not all the time, most likely cause is a sticking relay or a faulty coolant temperature SWITCH not sending unit, ground the switch out, fan still run the relay is sticking.

If fan sdoes turn off, rpelace the switch.
