Cooling fan running when

Why is my cooling fan running when my car is off. And the car has been sitting for a day or two

Check the cooling fan relay. Water could have gotten to it causing it to remain stuck and turning the fans on.

My car has two of them 1 is a sub cooling fan and the other is the cooling fan
the sub cooling fan is running

The fans are commonly known as radiator or condenser cooling fan. Driver side is condenser fan.

Is your engine carburetted or fuel injected? Both have different wiring system.

Condenser fan relay is on fuse/relay box underhood. Try pulling out the relay when fan starts working. Use another to substitiue to test.
