1990 Honda Accord Car squealing when turing over.

My car recently started to my a awful squealing noise when I turn it over. It makes the same noise when I turn the a/c on in my car. I think its the power steering pump berings going out. What could it be?

Is it just when you first start the vehicle, or the first few minutes and then the noise goes away, or is it a constant noise? Also, same question when you turn the AC on.

If it is the PS bearing, the noise will be continuous, and gets louder when you turn.
