High idle and accelerating slowly on its own

We did a head job on the durango runs great except the idle is high when in park about 2000 rpm when put in drive its wants to accelerate through 3rd gear it feels now I can hear a vacume leak it seems coming from the throttle body but when I cover my hand over it to see if there is one the truck chokes a d dies like there isnt replaced the tps cause I figured that might have been a problem being how the check engine light says tbs low circuit and another saying tps high circuit still does the same tbing clear the dam code and still there hope this is detailed enough please help

Have you tried using carb cleaner to check for a vacuum leak? Also, have you checked the idle air control valve?

So ya we checked the sensor and sprayed throttle cleaner and didnt find anything took the air intake off and noticed oil on the driver side around the manifold and a valve seems to be stuck open could this be the problem?

Cylinder valve stem intake side and is there anyway to replace it without removing the head?

Changed the valve and spring still idling high n accelerating slowly by itself

I feel you have a problem with the IAC or a vacuum leak.
