Heater works on defrost and bi level does not work on floor goes to defrost even in heat position.

Hello,

It sound like you have a blend door actuator that has gone out. Here is a guide to help you get ht problem fixed.

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
