Heater will not turn off

Heater does not turn off.

Try pulling heater fuse inside truck for sixty seconds with key on it may reset the actuator then disconnect actuator harness and see if when you move to A/C it should make the actuator switch power from one wire to other. If it does the actuator may be bad, see picture.
