Alright, when my vehicle is at operating temperature and I turn on the heat it will blow heat then get cool after about a minute. Both heater core hoses under the hood are warm, lower is warmer than upper. I pulled out the blend door and got no change, the thermostat is in working order, cooling system is bled. I am out of ideas. If I keep turning the blower motor off after it gets cool and back on, it blows heat again and then gets cool again and so on.

It is quite possible heater core is clogged. Pull heater hoses off of engine side, leave them attached to heater core and reverse flush in the opposite direction of normal flow.

Sounds like a partly blocked heater core. Clamp off the heater hoses, pull them off and flush the core and see if it helps.

So can I pull the two hoses off under the hood, flush the proper chemicals through the upper or lower (?) Tube to flush the heater core?

Sorry other experts took me a while to find my link, I am just not quick on the draw!

You would be surprised how many people take that problem to a shop when they could fix it up in thirty minutes in the driveway.

For Sure.
