Heater not working on passenger side?

Sometime ago my heater stopped working on my passenger side, it works perfectly fine on the driver's side, but blows warm in the middle and on the far right (Passenger) side it’s cold and with-it approaching winter I’m trying to see what I can do to get it fixed. I thought before it was the blend door but that wasn’t the problem, I checked both driver and passenger blend door and none were messed up. They worked perfectly fine, and I just don’t know what else it could be! Please help?

First, I would check the engine coolant level (engine cold) and if it's okay please check the mode actuator level and gear set up and if that seems to be okay, there is a mode actuator that is not closing completely. Here is the locations for each in the images below. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

That would be the temperature blend door actuator for the right side. here is the location and how to change it out, you may need to remove the glove box door first. Here is the video for the repair:
