HVAC blower is blowing out cold air

Put new HVAC blower in and it is blowing cold air and it is not blowing out my front dashboard vents. How do I fix it?

So can you change the flow of air to other areas like the windshield floor etc? Sounds like you could have a bad mode door actuator.
