I HAVE A 2003 GMC YUKON. MY WIFE RAN OUT OF GAS AND ALTHOUGH I PUT 5 GALLONS IN THE TANK, IT STILL WONT START.I CAN HERE THE FUEL PUMP KICK ON WHEN I TURN ON THE SWITCH, BUT IT STILL DOES'NT SOUND LIKE FUEL IS GETTING TO THE ENGINE. ANY IDEAS BEFORE I HAVE IT TOWED TO A DEALER?

If you can check and see if you are getting fuel pressure at the fuel rail

You will need a fuel pressure gauge to hook into the fuel rail. On top of the engine. Before we get to far into it can you check the fuses first and make sure there is not one that is blown
