My pickup vents wont change the ac and heater come out the defroster vents none from the front vents

You'll have to check yoru actuators. they operate where the air goes. they can be vacuum or electric. i'm enclosing a picture to give you an idea where they are and you'll have tocheck to see if they are gettingpower ornot if electric and whether they are getting vacuum to operate.
