My gmc pick-up truck won't start. The fuel pump was delivering fuel to the carb. I changed the fuel pump and it ran for a couple of weeks. Then it quit again and wouldn't start. I noticed the tanks were not switching when I used the swtich in the cab. I replaced the valve that switches the tanks. I checked the fuel lines for obstructions I didn't find any clogging. I also replaced the pump push rod. The fuel pump still does not deliver fuel. I am at a stand still. P.S. I donated before I submitted my question. Enrique L. Gutierrez

Try eliminating the valve for now and see if you can make one tank work. If the fuel lines are cracked and sucking air it wont run, also could have a plugged pickup sock in the tank, this problem happen suddenly?
