I have an '86 jeep cj-7 with a 1979 chevy 350 conversion. The engine has been recently rebuilt with less than 5,000 miles. I have had it stored through the winter and have occasionally started it without any problems. This week i tried starting it and it wouldn't crank or even click. I tried again later, and it clicked repeatedly. I was able to jump start it and allowed it to run for some time, however, it wouldn't restart. I replaced the battery and have tried restarting it without success. It won't even click now. Any suggestions in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

By the sounds of it ur problem could be ur terminal ends. Try replaceing them n see if it fixes ur problem. My sisters car did kinda the same thing. It work fine untile one day and then it wouldn't start or even click. Tryed jumpin it and everything an got it to start but then 1/2 mile down the road it died again. Replaced the terminal ends and it solved the problem. Hope this helps
