I have replaced the serpentine belt and it keeps squeeking. I am not sure that all the parts are there. How do I solve the problem and how can I find an illustration of what parts are involved and the correct procedure to repair it?

As much as I hate to say it you may still have all the parts and the belt will still squeal. What you need to do is check the tensioner, put a ratchet in the 3/8 hole and apply more tension. If the squeal stops replace the tensioner. If the added tension doesn't help check all the pulleys and make sure the belt is actually setting down in them properly.
