1994 GMC C1500 stalls when warmed up

When warmed up my truck stalls. I start it back up and runs fine for a second then stalls again. Before this it would stall when I put the vehical in gear. If you could give some suggestions that would be great

I had the exact same problem with my 1990 GMC. Once I started it and it warmed up, I put it in gear it would stall. It turned out I had water in my distributor. Changed that and it was good.
