Shuts off on the road and will not start

Getting error codes for crank shaft position sensor. We have replaced it three times. The last time we bought an expensive AC Delco from the GMC dealer. That went thirty miles and and failed just like the others. Quits running on the road and will not start.

Have you done a wiggle test on connector that may be the problem. Also, is crank sensor the right distance away sometimes that will do it.
