The brake pedal goes to the ground. Bled brakes. Put on a new master cylinder. Bench bled the master cylinder.

Hi, thank you for visiting 2CarPros. There are limited reasons a pedal will go to the floor. Lets go over them and see if we can fix this.

1: A lot of air in the whole system. Here is a video link to bleed the system alone:
https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-bleed-or-flush-a-car-brake-system

2: A hole in the system sending fluid right to the ground.

3: A bad master cylinder. (Even new ones can be defective)

4: Master cylinder is not completely bled. I think this may be your issue. Some of these can be very hard to get all the air out of. I have also had some I have bled that I taught were done and I let them sit for 5 minutes to let the air collect and I got 3 more huge bursts out of them. There is a good chance this will happen if you pull it again and bench bleed it 1 more time. Wait 5 and do it again, then re-install it and bleed the system. Here is a video link to help:

Let us know how it goes. Good or bad we'd like to hear back! Thanks, Rich
