Hi,

I need you to confirm the fuses I circled in pic 1 are good. In addition to the fuses being good, we need to confirm there is power to them and back out.

If you look at pic 2, the two fuses I highlighted power the instrument cluster gauges, lights, and so on. If one is bad, everything shuts off.

Pic 3 shows the fuse box under the dash. The two highlighted fuses are important to check. Here is a link that you may find helpful when checking for power:

If the fuses are good, have power both in and out, then you need to go to the instrument panel connector and check for power at the three wires I highlighted. See pic 4.

If there is power at the connection, then we need to confirm there is ground via the black wire at the plug. For this, you need to check for continuity to ground (Ohms / Resistance). You will need a multi-meter to do this. See pic 5

If there is power to all supplies at the panel, the ground is good, and none of the pins in the connector to the cluster are damaged, bent, corroded, or pushed in, chances are the cluster needs replaced.

I know this sounds like a lot. However, I'll help you through it if you have questions or run into trouble, so don't be afraid to ask.

Take care,
Joe
