I have had an issue with the passenger side front brake sticking or dragging. It does not do it all the time. I have replaced pads, rotor, and caliper the problem continued. I changed the caliper thinking I may have gotten a bad one drove the vehicle 40 to 50 miles and the problem is still happening.

Drive it until it starts to lock up, now go to the caliper and just crack the bleeder. Does it unlock and let the tire rotate now? If yes, then you likely have a bad brake hose. Then can fail internally and act like a check valve, brake fluid goes through to the caliper and cannot return, the result is a sticking caliper. The normal way to find them is to wait until they lock up and then check for pressure at the caliper without anyone on the brake pedal. On a 17 it should come apart okay.
