I was cleaning the engine today and covered the power dist. Box, removed the battery, covered the alternator and a few other electric components. The car ended up starting back up with no problems at all. After driving for about 3 mins, the check engine light appears and the car starts to vibrate more. A error code came up saying that cylinder 4 was misfiring. What should I do

You probably have some small amonts of water in or around the spark plug hole or you might have a bad plug wire that only shows up when you spray water around it try to dry the area really good or remove the #4 plug wire and inspect it for areas where it could have been rubbing aginst something or arcing fire if the concern persist have an local mechanice look at it
