WHEN I LOCK THE VEHICLE THE LIGHTS BLINK AND THE HORN HONKS. NOW IT QUIT A WEEK AGO EVERY NOW AND THEN THE LIGHTS WILL COME ON WHEN LOCKING IT BUT NO HONKING. NOW MY RIGHT HEADLIGHT IS OUT. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE VEHICLE? AND HOW TO FIX IT? THANKS

The headlamp out is totally coincidental. Burned bulb, just replace it.

In case of the remote, make sure the battery for the remote is sufficient. Not honking is probably due to bad horn. This is not your regular horn, this the anti-theft horn, located at the rear of vehicle.
