2001 Ford Truck Bank 2 running lean

I need to know what vacuum leaks would cause this and where to find them. A diagram of the vacuum system may help. I had a repair of the intake that was leaking air about seven months ago.

/ I'm not sure if you've checked or not but on the back of some Ford engines there is an l shaped hose that comes from the intake to the valve cover that will get a hole over time. You might try checking it
