my truck it is a 7.3 power stroke diesel it does crank but do not start some body have any idea what's going on?

You've probably got some glow plugs burned out, the only way to check the glow plugs on that specific truck, is to use a scanner the computer will tell you which glow plugs are burned out and tell you which side of the engine thay are located on.
