Is there good spark? Will the engine turn over? Is there fuel pressure? If you have all of these then it's something internal like a timing chain, low compression etc. See if yo have spark and fuel a nd stick a finger in a spark plug hole with a rag and crank the car, see if you feel like'it's got good compression.
