I need to replace the CV joints and want to know if there is anything special?

I have a 2003 Ford Taurus with 89231 miles. I need to replace the cv joints and want to know if there is anything special I should be aware of. I have a generic instruction, but need to know if there are special torq or special tools or things that I need to watch out for with a Taurus

Hello,

There are a few specials tools that need to be used to finish this job.
Primarily you will need a hub puller and a slide hammer tool. Most of these are typically available at your local auto parts store that can be rented to use.
