'99 Taurus - Squeaking coming from left front wheel

I've had mechanics check the brakes, had them clean the brakes, had them check the entire area to see what was wrong, nobody has any idea. Minor squeaking coming from the wheel whenever I drive. It doesn't go away until I actually brake, or doesn't get louder. It's been like this for about 6 months now, I have no idea what the problem is.

metallic brakes maybe? Theres some brakes that squeak maybe thats it

you need to get the brakes checked.when you here a squeal while driving and it goes away when braking, then it's the wear indicators on your brake pads letting you know it's time to replace the brakes. get it done soon so you don't mess up the rotors :D
