I'm new to playing with Fords.

I'm in the middle of trying to remove the front head off of a '97 Taurus with the 3.0L OHV.

My last trouble is trying to remove the power steering pulley to get the to the bolts for the pump.

Is there a trick or this? The car has A/C and I can't really seem to get my pulley remover in that space and try and pop it off.

Thanks for any help.

You don't need to remove the pulley. There are three or four large holes in the pulley. Rotate the pulley to line one of these holes with each bolt, one at a time.
