i have a 200 taurus engine gets hot the more you drive the hotter it gets try replacing the thermostat didn't help could it be the water pump does not leak antifreeze

Make sure the radiator cap is holding pressure. If it is, have someone perform compression test and a leak down test. I suspect head gasket leak.
