2000 Ford Taurus COOLANT BOILS OUT OF RESOVOIR TANK

THE CAR RUNS HOT, THE FANS KICK ON ONLY WHEN THE AC IS ON. I CHANGED THE SENSOR RELAYS AND THERMOSTAT COOLANT TANK AND CAP, BROUGHT IT TO FORD AND GAVE THEM $800 AND STILL HAVE SAME PROBLEM.
CAN U PLEASE HELP ME. THE COOLANT BOILS OUT AND CAR TEMP RISES

Which sensor did you change? Also, the PCM controls the fans for when the temperature is at specified area, if only A/C is kicking them on and engine coolant temp. Sensor is good then the PCM is most likely the culprit

It's at the right rear corner of the engine compartment, mounted in the firewall.
